Payment and Refund Policy

How fees, cancellation, withdrawals and refund requests are handled, with your statutory consumer rights preserved.

This version issued:

1. Fees and payment information

The written offer or enrolment agreement must state the total price, currency, applicable taxes, included services and any additional assessment, resit, certification or third-party charges before you commit. Any deposit or instalment arrangement must state amounts and due dates. Do not rely on an unpublished fee or pay to an account whose beneficiary has not been verified with the college.

The public contact form is an enquiry channel and does not take card payments. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email, WhatsApp or the contact form. Ask info@asas-college.com for the authorised payment instructions and keep the invoice and receipt.

2. Statutory cancellation for distance contracts

Where the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to a service purchased at a distance, a consumer normally has 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. The applicable legal exceptions and any extension arising from missing cancellation information still apply. The college must explain the applicable right before you enter the contract.

You may cancel by an unambiguous email or other statement; using the example below is optional. A contractual withdrawal rule cannot remove a statutory cancellation right.

3. Starting a service or digital content early

Starting a service during the cancellation period requires your express request where the law requires it. If you then cancel, a proportionate amount for a service actually supplied may be payable only when the legal conditions have been met. For a paid service, the cancellation right is lost on full performance only when the required express request and acknowledgement were obtained.

Digital content supplied online is subject to different rules: loss of a cancellation right on supply requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Simply opening a college account or asking a question does not by itself waive a cancellation right.

4. Withdrawal, deferral and payment difficulties

Outside an applicable statutory cancellation period, withdrawal, deferral or transfer is assessed against the fair terms provided before enrolment, the services delivered and the circumstances of the request. There is no universal non-refundable percentage or automatic entitlement to deferral stated on this website.

Contact the college as soon as a change of circumstances affects your ability to study or pay. Any revised payment plan or deferral must be confirmed in writing. A request alone does not change agreed dates; the college will explain the options and consequences before a decision is made.

5. Cancellation or problems with delivery by the college

If the college cancels a programme or cannot provide a material part of the agreed service, it will explain the situation and the available remedy. A transfer to another programme or provider requires an appropriate agreement and cannot be imposed as the only remedy where a refund is legally due.

Where applicable consumer law gives a right to repeat performance or a price reduction because a service was not provided with reasonable care and skill or as agreed, those rights continue to apply. Remedies will reflect the legal requirements and the affected service.

6. Making and receiving a refund

Email info@asas-college.com with your name, programme, date of the agreement, payment reference and a clear statement of cancellation or the issue. A reason is useful for a service complaint but is not required when exercising a right to cancel without a reason. We will explain the decision and any lawful deduction in writing.

For a valid statutory cancellation of a service or digital-content contract, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline, normally 14 days after notification. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Other refunds follow the applicable legal deadline or the arrangement confirmed in writing.

7. Optional cancellation wording

To: ASAS EXCELLENCE COLLEGE LTD, info@asas-college.com. I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following service: [programme/service]. Date of agreement: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Payment or enrolment reference, if available: [reference]. Date of notice: [date]. Signature is needed only if this notice is submitted on paper.

If you disagree with a decision, request a review under the Complaints Policy. This does not restrict any right to seek independent advice, use an available payment-provider remedy or take legal action.
