Terms and Conditions

The conditions for using the college website and the information you should receive before entering a learning agreement.

This version issued:

1. The college and the scope of these terms

This website is operated for ASAS EXCELLENCE COLLEGE LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17318908. Enquiries about these terms should be sent to info@asas-college.com.

These terms govern use of the public website. Programme-specific information and your written enrolment agreement explain the educational services you purchase. Sending an enquiry, requesting information or viewing a programme does not by itself enrol you or create a payment obligation.

2. Information before enrolment

Before accepting an offer or paying, you should receive a clear description of the programme, entry requirements, delivery method, language, expected duration, assessment, technical requirements, support, total fees and any unavoidable additional charges. Payment dates, withdrawal terms and the identity of the contracting provider must also be clear.

The written programme information must state the certificate or qualification offered, who issues it and any approval or recognition claimed. Raise any difference between a course page and the proposed agreement before enrolment. Nothing in these terms removes the effect that legally binding pre-contract information may have.

3. Registration, recognition and partner services

A company registration, UK Register of Learning Providers number or ICO registration identifies a legal or administrative registration. These registrations do not by themselves establish degree-awarding powers, regulated qualification status or approval of every programme.

Where Asas Excellence, Asas Excellence Consultancy or another partner provides training or certification, the applicable course information must identify its role, the certificate issuer and the scope of any approval, including any relevant KHDA arrangement. Do not assume that an approval for one provider or course applies to every college programme.

Employment, professional licensing, academic progression and acceptance of a certificate by another organisation depend on that organisation’s requirements. Seek confirmation from the relevant employer, institution or regulator when recognition is essential to your plans.

4. Responsible use and learner conduct

Use the website and learning services lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, misuse personal data or infringe another person’s rights. Learners must follow assessment instructions and the Academic Integrity Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and providing accurate application information. Tell the college promptly if you believe an account has been compromised or material information is incorrect.

5. Content and intellectual property

Website branding, text, images and learning materials belong to their respective owners or are used under licence. You may read, link to and use public information for personal learning and legitimate enquiry, subject to applicable copyright exceptions. Commercial republication, resale of course materials or sharing restricted access requires the relevant permission.

Submitting your work for assessment does not itself transfer ownership of that work. Any wider use, such as publishing a student story or showcasing a project, requires an appropriate permission or other lawful arrangement.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep public information accurate and correct identified errors. Website maintenance or technical interruptions may affect availability. If a disruption affects an enrolled service, contact the college so the impact and appropriate remedy can be considered.

Material changes to an agreed programme must be explained, including their reason, impact and available choices. Updating a web page alone does not authorise an unfair or retrospective change to an existing learner contract.

7. Payments, complaints and responsibility

Read the Payment and Refund Policy and the written programme terms before making a payment. Service concerns can be raised under the Complaints Policy; concerns about assessment procedure can also be reviewed under the Academic Integrity Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies, liability for fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. External links do not change the identity of the provider responsible for the service you purchase.

8. Language and applicable rights

These policies are available in Arabic and English. If wording appears inconsistent, contact us for clarification before relying on it; a translation issue does not remove a statutory right. The written enrolment agreement should identify any applicable law and dispute arrangements. Mandatory consumer protections and access to a competent court remain available where the law provides them.
